How To Relate to People?

People will only follow those who are SOCIABLE

The most important element in becoming a successful person is:
How you relate to people around you.

There's a saying that goes:
"People don't care how much you know,
until they know how much you care."

A Leader's Mind: Understanding others

The first criteria that a sociable leader should have is the ability to understand how other people feel and the discernment on what people think. When you are working with people, don't forget that everyone shares almost the same needs:

1. They hope to be different, so affirm them sincerely that THEY ARE SPECIAL;
2. They wish that tomorrow is a better day, so give them HOPE;
3. They hunger for direction, so give them GUIDANCE;
4. They concern most for themselves, so PUT THEIR NEEDS FIRST
5. They may feel frustrated, so CHEER THEM UP
6. They anticipate for victory, so help them WIN

This is what I do - - To MEET people that eager to grow, LISTEN to them, SHARE lives, and be their FRIEND, WALK with them, DEVELOP them and HELP them grow.

You may not know there is such need. In this individualistic world, no one seems to need anyone in their journey of life. But I believe that it is not what your inner most being tells you. The wise man said: No man is an Island. Therefore, I confidently know that you too, needs people, or at least someone who knows you and wish all the best for you to walk and grow with you.

As a Youth Development Coach, I help people like you to improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives by accessing their own inner resources, qualities and capabilities to achieve their desired outcomes. I like to invest my time on people because I know how valuable a life is, and I saw how impactful a transformed life can be! I know how high and free a developed person can soar!

Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the people they coach; Do you need someone to help you take that first step … identify that special goal … assist you in working towards achieving that selected goal … and provide full support while you go through the process?
